My fridge is warm but the freezer is fine. What does that mean?
On a Sub-Zero combination unit the two sides run separate refrigeration systems, so a warm fresh-food side with a working freezer points at that side alone: its evaporator fan, a sensor, frost on its evaporator, or its own sealed system. The freezer tells you the other half of the machine is healthy.
What does the visit cost, and what do I get for it?
The visit is $89 and it covers the full diagnosis. You leave with the cause and a written price for the repair, and if you go ahead the $89 comes off that price. Nothing is dismantled until you have agreed the figure, so the visit alone never commits you to more.
When do technicians work, and when is the phone answered?
